Monochrome stripes...
Sunday’s have
always been one of my favorite days of the week... Mainly because you get to be
lazy and eat junk food without feeling guilty! Also because Colombo seems a lot
more chilled out and calm, and where better to spend my Sunday than in my very
own kitchen?
Black & white is huge right now,
minimal, simple and easy. This outfit is probably one of my favorites. I love
this leatherette striped crop top which dresses up these lovely high waisted
skirt keeping the overall look clean, classy and fresh.
This Spaghetti honestly has so much going
for it. It’s like an ultra-creamy, cheesy with bacon pasta with touch of tomatoes.
Seriously what on earth could be better?? ? Cheesy. Bacon. Spaghetti.
Need I say more???
Lest Get Started !!!
1.
Now find some really good, thick cut bacon…Start by chopping them into
bite-sized pieces. The smaller the better if you have picky eaters. Move to a
bowl or plate and set aside.
2.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy, about
5-7 minutes.
3.
Place the spaghetti into a pot of salted, boiling water and cook for
10min..
4.
In the mean time, once the bacon is cooked add the cream and salt and
pepper to the pan and simmer to reduce until thick and creamy.
5.
Whisk together the egg and parmesan
6.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the pan and stir it
through the cream sauce.
7.
Finally, add the egg, Bacon and parmesan to the pan and stir again.
8.
Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
